R&J French Riviera VIP DMC acts as an intermediary and coordinator between clients and third-party suppliers including hotels, villas, transportation companies, yacht operators, experience providers and security services.

2. Tailor-Made Services

All services are customized according to the specific requirements of each client.

3. Confidentiality

R&J French Riviera VIP DMC is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all client information.

4. Liability

While we carefully select our partners and suppliers, we cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, modifications or service failures caused by third-party providers.

5. Amendments

Any modification requested after quotation approval may result in additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held liable for events beyond its control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions or any force majeure event.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments

R&J French Riviera VIP DMC accepts USDT cryptocurrency payments subject to prior approval. Specific conditions will be communicated before any transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by French law.

All quotations provided by R&J French Riviera VIP DMC are tailor-made and prepared according to the specific requirements of each client. Quotations remain valid for the period indicated on the proposal.

2. Booking Confirmation

No reservation, booking, supplier commitment, accommodation confirmation, transportation arrangement, concierge service or other travel-related service shall be confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received and validated by R&J French Riviera VIP DMC.

3. Payment Methods

Payments may be made by bank transfer, secure online payment or, subject to prior approval, in USDT cryptocurrency.

4. Deposit Requirements

Depending on the nature of the services requested, a deposit and/or full payment may be required prior to any confirmation of services.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to availability and may change until the quotation has been formally accepted and payment has been received.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions vary depending on each supplier, hotel, villa, transportation company, yacht provider or service provider. Applicable cancellation terms will be specified within each quotation or booking confirmation.

7. Refund Policy

Any refund is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the relevant suppliers and service providers. Processing fees and non-refundable services may apply.

8. Tailor-Made Luxury Services

As most services provided by R&J French Riviera VIP DMC are customized and specifically arranged for each client, certain services may become partially or fully non-refundable once confirmed.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided, including names, travel documents, passports, visas, health requirements and any other necessary documentation.

10. Supplier Liability

R&J French Riviera VIP DMC acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, delays, cancellations, operational changes or failures caused by third-party providers.

11. Force Majeure

R&J French Riviera VIP DMC shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, governmental restrictions, political instability or other force majeure events.

12. Right to Refuse Service

R&J French Riviera VIP DMC reserves the right to refuse any request, booking or business relationship that does not align with the company's standards of quality, security, ethics or professional conduct.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
